Dilansir Heavy, Senin (20/3/2017), Sega selaku pengembang Sonic Forces pun telah merilistrailer gameplay-nya. Terlepas dari peningkatan grafis yang tergolong masif, gameplaySonic Forces masih sama dengan gim Sonic 3D yang dirilis beberapa waktu lalu.

Sonic Force diumumkan Sega pada gelaran Comic Con di San Diego tahun lalu. Gim tersebut dibesut dalam rangka peringatan Sonic The Hedgehog yang ke-25. Bersama dengan itu, Sega pun akan merilis seri lawas Sonic 2D bertajuk Sonic Mania untuk Nintendo Switch.

Niantic Janjikan Fitur Multiplayer Segera Hadir di Pokemon Go

Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Niantic Labs, pengembang gim Pokemon Go baru saja mengumumkan fitur baru yang akan hadir di dalam gim berbasis augmented reality (AR) ini.

Dalam salah satu sesi wawancara di Game Developers Conference (GDC) 2017, senior product manager Tatsuo Namura mengonfirmasi kalau fitur gym yang ada di dalam gim masih perlu diperbaiki.

Ia mengatakan, "Niantic saat ini sedang berusaha untuk memperbaiki dan membuat fitur gym di dalam gim lebih baik dari yang ada saat ini," seperti yang dikutip dari laman Gamerant, Sabtu (11/3/2017).

Tatsuo menambahkan, salah satu perubahan yang akan diperkenalkan nantinya adalah saat trainer Pokemon bertarung di gym.
"Seperti gim yang bergenre MMO (massively multiplayer online) lainnya, nanti trainer dapat bekerja sama dengan teman satu tim untuk menyerang gym lebih aktif daripada sekarang," ungkapnya.

Kabar perbaikan dan perubahan fitur gym di Pokemon Go ini memang sejalan dengan apa yang Niantic CEO John Hanke ungkap sebelumnya. "Saat ini gym di Pokemon Go memiliki gameplay yang terbatas dan berencana untuk memperbaikinya," ungkapnya.

Meski banyak trainer Pokemon menyambut kabar ini dengan suka cita, sayang Niantic masih tutup mulut kapan pastinya update gym di Pokemon Go ini digulirkan.

Mengutip informasi dari laman Polygon, Senin (13/3/2017), gymnast86 merupakan gamer pertama yang menamatkan gim open world ini hanya dalam waktu 58 menit. Selang beberapa saat, gamer lain bernama Orcastraw juga menamatkan gim tersebut, meski tidak tepat sejam.

Kemudian gamer Venick409 memecahkan rekor dunia dengan menamatkan Breath of the Wild hanya dalam waktu 54 menit, 5 detik. Bagaimana mereka mampu menamatkan gim yang memakan waktu gameplay 30 hingga 40 jam ini? Jawabannya adalah Amiibo.

Sekadar informasi Amiibo adalah sebuah figur (toy) karakter gim yang dapat digunakan di dalam gim via NFC (near field communication) untuk membuka konten tertentu. 

Baik Venick409 maupun Orcstraw menggunakan Amiibo Twilight Link versi Smash Bros untuk membantu menamatkan gim.

Dengan figur tersebut, pemain dapat 'memunculkan' seekor kuda yang dapat Link kendarai agar lebih cepat mencapai tujuan.

Meski begitu, banyak pihak menyebut Venick409 bertindak curang karena menggunakan Amiibo. Namun tidak sedikit pula pemain lainnya membela Venick409. Mereka mengatakan, cara yang digunakan masih di ambang batas kewajaran.

Berhubung The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Willd masih baru, pastinya bakal makin banyak bermunculan gamers atau speedrunners lain yang berusaha menamatkan gim ini dengan waktu tercepat dan cara unik lainnya.

Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Pekan lalu Blizzard Entertainment menggoda pecinta Overwatch. Di laman resminya mereka menjelaskan karakter baru yang akan diperkenalkan selanjutnya bukan Doomfist, melainkan Efi Oladele.

Belum usai rasa penasaran siapa sebenarnya Efi, Blizzard kembali menggoda pemain lewat sebuah unggahan status dan foto di akun Facebook Overwatch.

Berdasarkan caption yang terlampir bersama foto tersebut, tertulis, "[BREAKING] Unit pertahanan OR15 hancur saat sedang berhadapan dengan penyerang tak dikenal di bandara Numbani. Tidak ada korban sipil dilaporkan terluka." Demikian dikutip dari laman Facebook Overwatch via Ubergizmo, Senin (27/2/2017).

Seperti informasi bocoran sebelumnya, foto dan caption terbaru ini memiliki beberapa petunjuk tentang karakter baru di Overwatch.

Jika kamu perhatikan saksama di kanan bawah foto, kamu akan menemukan sebuah tulisan "PHOTO / Efi Oladele" yang menandakan foto ini diambil oleh Efi.

Tak hanya itu, OR15 yang disebut di caption foto kabarnya adalah robot buatan Efi. Apa pun arti unggahan foto dan status tersebut, pastinya banyak pecinta gim Overwatch memiliki teorinya masing-masing.

Hingga saat ini, Blizzard masih enggan mengonfirmasi kebenaran kabar tersebut dan belum memastikan kapan akan secara resmi memperkenalkan karakter baru di Overwatch.
